Welcome! I have a passion for guiding. Montana is indeed the 'last best place', and while trips here are increasing, it is still possible to find that one unique spot where humans rarely travel to experience a true wilderness adventure and to come to grips with the technical aspects of fly fishing. I would be pleased to be your fishing guide on our Montana waters.

Guiding also made me much more aware of the environment. I noted that I could start the season with a 30 pound lead anchor and end it with an anchor that weighed less. It was obvious that this was affecting the environment. To combat this, we came up with an anchor that uses recycled lead and is encased in steel to prevent lead leeching into the water.
Our 'green anchors' are environmentally friendly. We also take this further by not bringing plastic water bottles onto the river on our guided trips, and we encourage you to do the same. There is just too much plastic out there for the fish to have to contend with. We are committed to environmentally responsible outdoor activities and follow the guidleines established by Captains for Clean Water. I am also a Costa Kick Plastic-endorsed guide.
